Kim’s motivation to create FLY was sparked during her tenure working for the Estee Lauder Companies and major retailers like Neiman Marcus, Saks, Bloomingdales and Filenes.
She was impressed by the Lauder family and the company’s dedication to creating a positive customer experience and superior products. At the same time, she was impacted by customers’ negative self-impressions who were also frustrated or intimidated by the traditional retail shopping experience.
In the years since, Kim dedicated herself to the study of style consultation and learning how fit, style, color palette and the application of good design, fabric, and fabrication techniques can transform a person’s entire look while at the same time generating greater positive self- esteem, a renewed energy and enthusiasm for advancement toward ones goals whether a work-from-home mom, entrepreneur or career professional.
 Kim is a certified Image Consultant with the Association of Image Consultants
International, and is active in the New England Chapter.
Executive member of Fashion Group International.
Continually seeks out relationships with industry leaders and professionals in the Boston
market, New York City and internationally to bring the best information and practices
to her customers.
